Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges under any circumstances. This policy applies to digital products, physical items, and services (including coaching/consulting sessions, courses, and programs).
Digital Products
Due to the instant access nature of digital downloads, all purchases of eBooks, journals, guides, videos, or downloadable content are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Physical Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any physical products once an order has been placed. All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.
Please note: We are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. Any claims for damage or loss should be directed to the shipping provider.
Services
All coaching/consulting sessions and/or programs, consultations, and courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations or rescheduling must adhere to the guidelines outlined at the time of booking, if applicable.
